Helping us help you

For an integration problem, the two things that shortcut most of the back and forth are the request_id from the failing response and, where a wallet is involved, which wallet and which version. Identity bugs are very often interop bugs, and the wallet is half the story.

Regulatory and compliance questions

Questions about eIDAS 2.0 obligations, trust list registration, or certification are worth asking directly by email. The answers depend on your member state and on what you are issuing, and we would rather work through the specifics with you than have you rely on a general answer that does not apply.
